Nollywood stars turned up in style for veteran, Ebelle Okaro’s mother’s burial.
The actress laid her mother to rest, during the weekend and was supported by her colleagues in the movie industry.
KFN reported in August that the talented actress had lost her mother.
The deceased was finally laid to rest on Friday, November 4th.

Nollywood showed their support for the thespian as they graced her mother’s funeral.
The likes of Ngozi Ezeonu, Nkem Owoh, Ken Erics, and more attended the event in Anambra.
Ebelle Okaro loses mother
Kemi Filani reported in August 2022 that actress Ebele Okaro had announced the death of her mother.
The 58-year-old made the announcement in an Instagram post on which she shared a photo of her mum, who she also described as her twin.
“My beautiful mother, mentor, twin sister and guardian is gone. May her gentle beautiful soul rest in perfect peace,” she wrote.
Fellow celebrities and fans consoled her in the comment section of the post.
Rita Dominic, Chioma Akpotha, Patience Ozokwor and more sent their condolences.
Ebelle Okaro’s mother’s funeral arrangements
In a subsequent post, Ebelle Okaro shared the funeral arrangements.
She announced on her Instagram page that her beloved mother would be laid to rest on the 4th of November, 2022.
Ebelle Okaro revealed that her mother would be laid to rest at he hometown Ogidi in Anambra State.
She called on her colleagues, friends and family members to have her in their prayers.
“My Mother’s Final Journey from Mother Earth will be on the 4th of November, 2022. She will be laid to rest at her hometown Ogidi in Anambra State, Nigeria.
As my family members, friends and colleagues, I ask you all to have us her family, in prayers for a successful outing.
As you wish me well, I pray you would not lack prayers from friends and family when you need same. God bless you all”.
Ebelle Okaro’s biography
Ebele Okaro was born on January, 19, 1964 in London and raised in Enugu, Nigeria.
She began acting while attending the Santa Maria Primary School and continued while at Nsukka’s Queen of the Holy Rosary Secondary School.
Initially she began studies in education at the University of Calabar, Cross River State, but later discovered her passion for the dramatic arts and she earned a bachelor’s degree in theatre arts.
