“Hope you’re fine” – Fans reacts as actress, Funke Akindele shares message on depres.sion
The mother of two, who ran for the position of Deputy Governor in Lagos in the last election but lost, via her Twitter handle on Wednesday spoke about the reality of depression and urged people to be kind to others.
She also advised those who are struggling with depression to speak up.
Her words,
“Depression is real. Please be kind to others. Yes, don’t trade your happiness with anything, but still, be humane in all you do. We are all on a journey in this world. Be conscious. Be aware. Share. Make peace. Take risks and be grateful for success and victory. Yet be aware, love, forgive, and stay happy. for success and victory. Yet be aware, love, forgive, and stay happy.”

However, in response to the tweet, many netizens flocked to the comment section to express concern for Funke, asking if she was alright.
