Hauwa Saidu Mohammed, better known by his stage name Jaruma, is a Nigerian businessman and the founder of Jaruma Empire Limited. He has counseled individuals against sharing their pregnancies on social media before giving birth.
She showed the story of BBNaija star Maria, who recently confirmed she is having a child with her partner in a video on her social media page, and used the medium to express herself.
Jaruma, however, advised waiting to start publishing pregnant images until after giving delivery. She uttered:
“Dear friends, do everything in your power to wait to announce your pregnancy on social media until you have given birth. So people won’t be aware that you’ve already given birth if you start posting about your pregnancy right away after giving birth.
Jaruma went on to say that she is speaking from experience and cited an example of how she managed social media pressure during her 2018 wedding.
